The electric loader LT958EV is equipped with an intelligent thermal management system, an energy recovery system, and a three-level safety protection function. It displays operational status information, charging warnings, and malfunction information through a display screen. Additionally, it can perform online remote malfunction diagnosis and assist with malfunction processing. The "three-electric system" adopts an international standard layout design with an IP67 dust-proof and waterproof rating, ensuring reliable operation in rainy, snowy weather, tunnels, and enclosed environments. It can be safely used in an environment ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC.
Equipped with a 282kWh high-capacity battery pack, which is distributed to motor controllers, water cooling systems, air conditioning systems, etc. via a high-voltage distribution unit. During operation, the controller manages the energy, allowing the vehicle to work continuously for more than 6 hours while fully charged. The balance-weight mounts two standard charging interfaces on the left side, supporting dual-gun fast charging. The 240kW charging pile can fully charge the vehicle within 1 hour, and the 300kW charging pile only takes 40-50 minutes.
Currently, electric loaders on the market are generally equipped with permanent magnet motors, but permanent magnet motors are not resistant to high temperatures and have poor shock resistance. High temperatures can cause demagnetization and damage the motor. Switched reluctance motors do not have permanent magnets, are resistant to high temperatures, have high shock resistance, and have energy regeneration capabilities, resulting in high system efficiency. The working environment of loaders is generally harsh, making switched reluctance motors a better match.
